Rates and Availability 

Rates: 

Low Season: June 1 - November 30 - $260*/night
High Season: December 1 - May 31 - $310*/night
Thanksgiving and Christmas/NYE week - $410*/night

*Plus 17.41% Hawaii State tax per night (subject to change at anytime)

Rate is for 1-2 guests. 
Additional guests $20.00 per person per night.
4 guests maximum
One-time cleaning fee of $160 per stay.
 

Terms and Conditions:

  • No refunds unless we can rebook your rental dates.

  • Cancellation policy: if we can re-book your rental dates, we will return your money, if not you lose your deposit or you can reschedule for another time. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee.

  • Travel Insurance is advised.

  • Three day deposit to confirm reservations - reservations automatically cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.

  • Full rental payment is due 45 days before arrival.

  • No daily maid service included. Condo is cleaned before arrival and supplied with linens, towels and two beach towels.

  • Minimum stay is 5 days.

  • Special discount for stays longer than 15 nights.

  • Personal or cashiers checks accepted.
